Becky Kington has been the Executive Secretary/Director of the Montana Weed Control Association since 2000. She was hired as a part-time employee and in December of 2006, the Board of Directors decided to fund the Executive Director position on a full time basis. Becky is a native Montanan, born in Missoula and raised in Helena. She graduated from UM Western Montana College in 1990 with a degree in secondary education art and English. She taught school in Montana and Oregon for 9 years, and in 2002 Becky accepted a job as the project coordinator for the Madison Valley Ranchlands Group Weed Committee in Ennis, MT. There she began a full time career in the nonprofit realm.
She currently resides in Twin Bridges, Montana, where she volunteers for the local arena club secretary, the local mosquito district and serves in an advisory capacity for the Big Hole Watershed Weed Committee in producing the annual Weed Whacker Ball. She actively participates in jackpot team roping, likes to camp and fish in the high country when she can. Occasionally she picks up the pencil for some artwork in her limited spare time.

Diana Ericson joined the MWCA in the spring of 2008. She is responsible for the maintenance of our website and the database that supports MWCA activities, retail purchases, and membership. If it involves technology she is the person you want to call.
Diana grew up in a small town in rural northwest Illinois. She worked for 20 years in the information systems industry supporting business needs for Fortune 500 companies in Minnesota.
In 1996 Diana left corporate life and began following her husband, who works for the Forest Service around the country. Diana arrived in Montana in 2002. Diana is an active volunteer. When she has spare time, Diana can be found hiking, reading, utilizing her creative skills with fabric, paper and a camera, and researching family history.
